This report provides a summary of the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstructions (SIGARs) oversight work and an update on developments in Afghanistans reconstruction effort from October 1 to December 31, 2014. NATOs 13-year combat mission in Afghanistan came to an end, and the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) was replaced by Resolute Support Mission, a much smaller NATO mission that will train, advise, and assist the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF). Although combat has ended, reconstruction will continue into the Decade of Transformation (2015-2024).
