A. Nicole Clowers (au)

This report examines how CFPB's Civil Penalty Fund (1) is administered and what controls are in place to guide the management of the fund; and (2) compares to other civil money penalty funds and activities administered by other federal agencies. Tables. This is a print on demand report.
