Explores the official & unofficial policies & mechanisms that org. have put into place to monitor diff. in personnel policies among member nations. Presents case studies of gay non-Amer. service members who served with Amer. in multinat. mil. units. Conclusion: the presence of acknowledged gay service members does not compromise unit cohesion in multinat. mil. units.
