(FTS). FSS & FTS act on behalf of Fed. agencies as central buying agents for a wide range of goods & services. This report focuses on Canada, Australia, the UK, & New Zealand because they had made a major commitment to procurement reform, & some of the reforms were in activities similar to those carried out by FSS & FTS. The objective was to identify the orgís., policies, & programs that these countries had in place to assist agencies with the procurement of supplies, vehicles, telecommunications & information technology.
