Public-private partnerships for depot-level maint. are coop. arrangements between a depot-level maint. activity and 1 or more private sector entities to perform DoD or defense-related work, to utilize DoD depot facilities and equip., or both. DoD submitted a report to Congress on the public-private partnerships at its CITEs. This report determined: whether DoD’s report described each of the 6 reporting elements as directed; and whether DoD could have included additional info. in its report that would have made it more useful to the committees and other interested parties.
