Product price is not filled in. This product cannot be purchased.
Mathew J. Scire
Since 2009 the Department of the Treasury (Treasury) has obligated $27.8 billion in Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) funds through its Making Home Affordable (MHA) program to help struggling homeowners avoid foreclosure. A July 2009 report found that Treasuryńˇ╗s estimates of program participation may have been overstated, reflecting uncertainty caused by data gaps and assumptions that had to be made, and recommended that Treasury periodically review and update its estimates. This report examines the extent to which Treasury is reviewing unexpended balances and cost projections for the MHA program. Includes recommendations. Tables and figures. This is a print on demand report.
