Carol R. Cha (au); Rebecca S. Gambler (au)
The Department of Homeland Security劌製 (DHS劌製) human resources administrative environment includes fragmented systems, duplicative and paper-based processes, and little uniformity of data management practices, which according to DHS, are compromising the department劌製 ability to effectively carry out its mission.
