Lori Rectanus (au)
The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) faces significant financial challenges including insufficient revenues to cover its expenses and financial obligations. Parcel Select is a key USPS package shipping product that was developed to help address these challenges, with revenues growing from $466 million to over $2.5 billion from FY 2009 through FY 2014. This report examined (1) USPSäó»s procedures to manage Parcel Select NSAs; and (2) its method to determine attributable cost coverage for each contract. Includes recommendations. Figures. This is a print on demand report.
