Because of the size of IRS's budget and the importance of its service and compliance programs for all taxpayers, this report reviewed the fiscal year 2015 budget request for IRS. Among other things, it assesses IRS's (1) strategy to address budget cuts and (2) use of Return on Investment (ROI) analysis. Tables and figures. This is a print on demand report.
