The Special Inspector Gen. for Afghanistan Reconsctruction (SIGAR) conducted a site inspection at the facility to determine (1) whether construction was completed in accordance with contract requirements and applicable construction standards and (2) whether facilities were being used as intended and maintained. Includes recommendations. Tables and figures. This is a print on demand report.
