Description   Horace G. Richards (au); Rhodes W. Fairbridge (au) This bibliography was first suggested at a meeting of the Commission on Shorelines at the sixth congress of the International Assoc. for Quaternary Reserarch (INQUA) held in Warsaw, Poland, in Sept. 1961. Funds for its preparation & pub. were provided by the National Science Foundation (NSF: Grant GN 163), & work started during the summer of 1963. The present work lists some 2400 articles. While the bibliography was intended to cover a 20-year period from 1945 to 1964, there are undoubtedly conspicuous gaps for the year 1964 because not all pertinent pubs. were available by the time that the vol. went to press, early in 1965.
