Charles H. Coolidge. On 3 April 1996 a U.S. Air Force CT-43A (Boeing 737-200) was lost near Dubrovnik, Croatia. This was the much-publicized aircraft that was on a mission to transport Ron Brown, U.S. Secretary of Commerce, & members of his party to Dubrovnik. This is the official report of the investigation of that crash which resulted in the death of 35 people. Some of the passengers included executives from the Bechtel Corp., Foster Wheeler Energy Internat'l., Asea Brown Boveri, Ltd., Riggs National Bank, & the European Bank of Reconstruction & Development.
