Indian gaming has grown substantially & today generates $6.7 billion annually for those tribes that have gaming operations. This hearing considers: the regulatory structures of Indian gaming; whether labor laws should apply to these activities; resolving State to tribal impasses over gaming negotiations; & Internet gambling.
