This report evaluates: the progress the KC has made in implementing April 2005 recommendations; the status of federally funded capital projects & the planned spending of fed. funds for capital projects as indicated by the KCís most recent comprehensive building plan; & the KC Board of Trusteesí responsibilities for federally funded capital projects & the extent to which the board fulfills these responsibilities.
